These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of this website operated by CampusWalkin ("CampusWalkin", "we", "us" or "our") and the counselling and admission-assistance services offered through it. By using this website or submitting an enquiry, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the website.

1. About CampusWalkin

CampusWalkin is an education admissions consultancy that assists students and working professionals in exploring and applying to online and distance degree programs offered by partner universities. CampusWalkin acts as an authorized admission partner. We are not a university, we do not conduct academic programs, and we do not award degrees, certificates or credits.

2. Nature of information on this page

• Programme details, fees, credits, specializations, grants, EMI options, rankings and statistics shown on this website are provided for general information and are based on details published or communicated by the partner university.
• All fees, grants, scholarships and offers (including any student grant of up to 20% or no-cost EMI) are indicative, subject to eligibility conditions, and may be modified or withdrawn by the university at any time without prior notice.
• Application deadlines and batch dates are set by the university and may change. The countdown shown on this page is indicative.
• The final and binding source of programme information is the official communication and documentation issued by the university at the time of admission.

3. Eligibility

Admission to any programme is subject to the eligibility criteria prescribed by the university and applicable regulatory bodies (UGC, AICTE and others). Submitting an enquiry or application through this website does not guarantee admission. All admission decisions rest solely with the university.

4. Communication consent

By submitting the enquiry form, you expressly authorize CampusWalkin and its partner university to contact you via telephone, SMS, WhatsApp and email regarding your enquiry, admission process and related updates, even if your number is registered under DND/NDNC. You may withdraw this consent at any time as described in our Privacy Policy.

5. Fees and payments

• CampusWalkin's counselling and admission-assistance services on this page are free of charge to students unless expressly stated otherwise in writing.
• All programme fees, registration fees and examination fees are payable directly to the university through its official payment channels. Never pay programme fees into any personal bank account or wallet.
• Refunds of any fees paid to the university are governed exclusively by the university's refund policy and applicable UGC guidelines.

6. Your responsibilities

• Provide accurate, complete and current information in all forms and documents.
• Verify programme details, eligibility and fees directly with the university before making payments.
• Do not misuse this website, attempt to breach its security, submit false enquiries, or scrape or copy its content.

7. Intellectual property

The CampusWalkin name, logo, and the design, layout, text and graphics of this website belong to CampusWalkin. University names, marks, rankings and accreditation references belong to their respective owners and are used solely for informational and identification purposes. Nothing on this website grants you any licence to use any trademark or content without written permission from its owner.

8. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, CampusWalkin shall not be liable for: (a) any change, withdrawal or discontinuation of programmes, fees, grants or offers by the university; (b) rejection of any application by the university; (c) indirect, incidental or consequential losses arising from use of this website; or (d) inaccuracies arising from information supplied by third parties. Our total aggregate liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount (if any) paid by you to CampusWalkin for the specific service giving rise to the claim.

9. Disclaimer

This website is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, express or implied. Rankings, statistics and placement figures are as reported by the university or public ranking bodies and relate to the university as a whole unless stated otherwise; individual outcomes vary and past placements do not guarantee future results.

Links to university websites or other third-party resources are provided for convenience. CampusWalkin does not control and is not responsible for the content, policies or practices of any third-party website.

11. Suspension and termination

We may suspend or terminate access to this website, or decline to process any enquiry, where we reasonably believe these Terms have been violated or where fraudulent or abusive activity is suspected.

We may revise these Terms at any time by updating this page. The version in force at the time of your use of the website applies. Continued use after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

13. Governing law and jurisdiction
